What is Oneness Deeksha?

Oneness Blessing or Deeksha is the direct transfer of intelligent, divine energy, done through touch and intent.  The Oneness Blessing creates a neurobiological shift in the brain and awakens the energy centers (chakras) in the body.  This shift in consciousness can free you from the suffering created by the endless chatter of the mind, and balances the body's natural healing abilities.  The deeksha energy initiates a process of gradual awakening which leads to inner peace, calm, and well-being.

The Oneness Blessing is not a religion, sect, or belief.  It is a nondenominational, dogma free universal energy that can be received by anyone.  The Blessing works uniquely and intelligently to connect you directly with the truth of your own being.  It can enhance the current spiritual path that you are on and energize your practice.  For those who prefer a non spiritual explanation, I describe the energy as a very high frequency vibration which over time can reduce stress and enhance immune function.

There is much discussion and reference to a neurobiological shift during deeksha transmission.  This means that the Oneness Deeksha moves brain activity from the reptilian brain stem, responsible for our 'fight our flight' reactions, and from the overactive orientation centers of the brain (the parietal lobes) to the underactive frontal lobe which holds many creative functions and the 'God consciousness'.  This restructuring of the brain enables the senses to release some of the interference of the mind.  When the senses are unclouded by mental interpretations, a natural clarity of perception occurs with accompanying feelings of joy, inner peace, connection and oneness.  In addition, it is believed the limbic system, which governs our endocrine (hormonal) system becomes more balanced, translating into a decrease in cravings and general anxiety and a possible improvement in general health.

EEG readings have shown reduction in parietal lobe activity and enhanced gamma wave activity in the temporal frontal cortex.  Research is currently being conducted into brain activity in deeksha facilitators and participants.  Arjuna Ardagh's book,  Awakening into Oneness  and the website www.newbrainnewworld.com offer some interesting insights into current and upcoming research projects.  Arjuna will publish new research, as it is becomes available on his website, www.awakeningintooneness.com.

Oneness Deeksha can be transferred by onyone who has received the transmission and training during a process taught by the Oneness University in India or Fiji.  The Oneness Deeksha giver then works  as a channel or conduit for the energy to transfer to the receiver.
